Safety & Field Conduct
Rider Safety: All mounted participants must wear ASTM/SEI certified headgear with the chin strap fastened at all times. Proper hunt attire, including safety vests if desired, ensures both tradition and protection in the field.
Legal & Liability: A signed release form must be on file for the current season before hacking or hunting. Visitors are required to pay capping fees prior to the move-off, acknowledging the inherent risks of equine activities.
Land Stewardship: We hunt by the generous permission of local landowners. Members must respect all gates, crops, and livestock. Any damage to property must be reported immediately to the Masters or Honorary Secretary.
